# Review anti-patterns

Review an existing draft for its intended purpose. Report each supported issue with its location, correction, and verification. Use supplied facts and state inspection limits. If none, say "No supported issue found".

- Images: Trace limbs and object contacts at full resolution. Correct contradictions relative to the intended scene. Verify: Recheck the corrected region's anatomy and contact points.
- Writing: Name the event, audience, and concrete detail using supplied facts. Verify: Match claims to the brief; request missing facts.
- Code: Trace failures through callers. Report errors and retain unsaved input. Verify: Exercise failed and successful saves.
- Design: Explain this product's job for its audience. Show a real product interaction. Verify: Inspect the result on desktop and mobile.
- Writing: Name the deliverable and limits. Support measurable claims with supplied sources. Verify: Trace each claim; mark unsupported facts as unknown.
- Video: Keep object identity, position, and motion consistent with the intended sequence. Verify: Compare adjacent frames across the corrected cut.

Implement only requested corrections. Preserve working behavior and unrelated work; verify the actual result.
